Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to meet the demands of our kitchen.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to our kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Ensure Quality Control Standards: Maintain the highest quality control standards in our kitchen, ensuring that our food meets the expectations of our customers.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that our kitchen operates within budget.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and optimize kitchen operations.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on kitchen operations, sales, and other key performance indicators.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: Perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods, including during peak periods.
- Bending, Crouching, Kneeling: Perform bending, crouching, and kneeling to access storage areas and equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure that our food meets the highest quality standards.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with kitchen staff, management, and customers.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with kitchen staff, management, and customers.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing kitchen operations and priorities.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve kitchen goals and objectives.
- Initiative: Demonstrate initiative to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the success of our kitchen.
- Dependability: Demonstrate dependability and reliability in performing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- 1 Year to Less Than 2 Years: Possess at least 1 year of experience in a food service or kitchen management role.
- Permanent Employment: Be available for permanent employment with a minimum of 35-40 hours per week.
- English Language: Possess excellent English language skills to effectively communicate with kitchen staff, management, and customers.
