Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza 73. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food Preparation and Quality Control: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Team Management: Establish work schedules, supervise 1 to 2 people, and manage a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
