At Grantek, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you'll play a crucial role in the delivery lifecycle of client projects associated with Automation and Safety, Smart Manufacturing, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and other aspects of our systems integration business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers and PMO Directors with project planning, resource allocation, financial monitoring, and progress reporting.
  • Manage small projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients on project-related issues.
  • Coordinate proposal teams between Sales, Engineering, and Project Management.
  • Manage service agreements, scope of work documents, and contracts related to subcontractors.
  • Assist with reviewing alternative staffing strategies and communicating resource shuffling with involved PMs.
  • Coordinate contractor management and project scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, best practices, and industry certifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, peers, and reporting managers.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business, technology, or engineering.
  • Experience in a project-based organization.
  • Industrial Automation knowledge, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 business suite, SharePoint, and reporting solutions like PowerBI.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours and local or remote travel.
  • Fluent written and verbal proficiency in English and French.
