At Orthotic Holdings Inc. (OHI), we are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead our Markham operation. With a focus on quality, cost, and customer satisfaction, this role is responsible for managing the order-to-shipment process, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • The Director of Operations will oversee the entire order-to-shipment process, ensuring timely delivery of products and high-quality service.">
  • This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that support local and corporate goals.">
  • The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills to manage the operations team and support activities in the site.">
  • This includes responsibility for facility maintenance, security, and coordination to ensure the building meets business needs for all occupants.">
  • Financial management involves budgeting and forecasting for all operational costs, including product, logistics, purchasing, people, and facilities.">
">Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 10 years of production management experience, including supervision and direct shop floor reports.">
  • Experience with formal Quality Management System standards (e.g., ISO/FDA) in a controlled industry (e.g., medical devices, food, pharma, aerospace) is preferred.">
  • Demonstrated ability to lead LEAN manufacturing initiatives and implement ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).">
  • Manufacturing engineering leadership experience and understanding of various manufacturing costing models are required.">
  • Strong business systems understanding (ERP, CRM, PBX) and advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential.">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is required.">
