Job Title: Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our Canadian Tire Gas+ team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store.

About the Role:
  • Assign sales floor associates to duties and responsibilities to ensure effective customer service and maximize sales potential.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels and meet customer demands.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory, and personnel matters.
  • Supervise and train employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
