Keyholder Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team at Kiehl's. As a Keyholder, you'll play a key role in assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving sales goals and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to create a memorable experience
  • Provide product knowledge and application techniques to customers
  • Generate sales by applying brand selling methods and product knowledge
  • Support daily operations at the point of sale
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Maintain the counter and store quality and merchandising
  • Communicate with the Store Manager on customer feedback and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
  • Prior key holder experience preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Diligent and responsible attitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
