Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Keyholder to join our team at Kiehl's Boutique. As a Sales Keyholder, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising and store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide superior customer service and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business.
- Sales Performance: Assist in achieving store sales goals and individual sales goals established by the management team.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a neat and organized store, including product and brand image presentation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team to achieve productivity goals.
- Store Operations: Enforce company policies and procedures, and oversee team members in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Retail Experience: Prior retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
- Keyholder Experience: Prior key holder experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to work with point-of-sale systems.
- Physical Environment: Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
