Job SummaryThe Project Manager, Global Product Launch Specialist will be responsible for leading the development, tracking, and execution of detailed launch plans for new products, including new molecules and line extensions. This role will focus on ensuring successful global market launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expertise to stakeholders throughout the launch process.
Key Responsibilities- Launch Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for new products, ensuring timely and successful market introductions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations teams to achieve launch goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Provide expertise and support to key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and successful launch outcomes.
- Project Management: Utilize project management tools and methodologies to lead and manage global launches, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance launch efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: University degree or equivalent in a business or science-related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product launch process, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
- Skills: Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
