About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Professional to join our team at Sandy Shore Farms Limited. This is a permanent full-time position offering 35 to 44 hours of work per week.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately $85,000 per year, with additional benefits including a dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, vision care benefits, and a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Train other workers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
  • Perform data entry, maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, managing inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including correspondence, reports, and record-keeping.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment, optimizing resource utilization.
  • Keep track of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This role requires a willingness to relocate and work in a dynamic agriculture, fishing, and forestry environment. The successful candidate will be able to commute to the workplace using their own transportation and possess a valid driver's license.
