As a Sterilization Processing Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the proper functioning of our sterilization equipment and instrumentation, which is essential for patient care and safety.
Main Responsibilities- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and instrumentation for re-use according to standardized safety practices;
- Clean and maintain equipment, as well as prepare and maintain supplies;
- Follow through on treatment programs with patients and assist healthcare professionals as needed;
- Process claims such as health insurance or workers compensation and perform general clerical duties;
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage routine office functions, and order supplies and equipment;
- Organize and maintain inventory, including equipment and supplies.
- 1-6 months of experience in a similar role;
- Degree from a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma program (1-2 years);
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail;
- Fluency in English.
- A competitive salary of $38,000-$42,000 per year, depending on experience;
- A dynamic and supportive work environment;
