Job Overview
Mobil Gas Station is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our retail team. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and leadership.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can lead our sales team to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities
The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for:
• Assigning sales workers to duties and ensuring they meet sales targets
• Hiring, training, or arranging for training of staff to enhance their sales skills
• Authorizing return of merchandise in accordance with company policies
• Selling merchandise through effective product knowledge and presentation
• Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
• Resolving customer complaints and supply shortages in a professional manner
• Organizing and maintaining inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Supervising and coordinating activities of sales workers to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
