Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and prepare and submit reports.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns and maintain a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
