Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging digital content for various clients, including newsletters, animated banners, and advertising campaigns.
  • Design and adapt web content according to company standards, using appropriate tools and software while respecting client expectations, deadlines, and allocated budgets.
  • Perform web and content integration to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Make modifications and updates to information on websites, including text, images, and other multimedia elements.
  • Configure and deploy newsletters produced for our clients, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
  • Develop and configure automated campaigns to streamline email marketing efforts.
  • Update and maintain data integrity to ensure accurate and reliable information.
  • Plan, integrate, tag, test, and code newsletters in HTML to guarantee proper content presentation across all major email providers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in web integration and digital design.
  • Work experience in a web environment with a focus on digital creation and integration.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of content management tools (CMS) and email marketing platforms such as SAP, Dialog Insight, and Salesforce.
  • Skills in HTML5, CSS3, Excel, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and InDesign to create engaging digital content.
  • Experience with database models to ensure data integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail, open-mindedness, and thoroughness to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing project guidelines and priorities.
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Functional English is necessary for communication with English-speaking clients.
