Job Title: Drywall Installation Specialist

BC Drywall Installations Ltd. is seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, taping joints, and finishing surfaces to ensure a smooth and professional finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to specifications
  • Tape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry
  • Install exterior and interior steel studs
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy loads
