Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our dental team by:

  • Greeting and assisting patients as they arrive, ensuring a lasting positive impression
  • Optimizing the appointment schedule to ensure a smooth and efficient day
  • Effectively managing recall systems and maintaining accurate patient databases
  • Managing patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
  • Processing referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from providers

You will have a clinical background and experience with dental software programs, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
