Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

C&K Services Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that cleaning staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and staff.
  • Reliability, dependability, and flexibility are essential for this role.
