We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Oxford County Renovations Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in our residential renovation projects.

• Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
• Schedule and coordinate work on sites
• Instruct and supervise apprentices
• Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings

• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the trade
• Permanent employment
• English language proficiency
• 35 to 40 hours of work per week
