Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffLead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet the highest standards.
Inventory Management and Quality ControlEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
Customer Service and Conflict ResolutionAddress customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
Reporting and Record-KeepingPrepare and submit accurate reports, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceExperience is an asset, but not required.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent oral communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a strong client focus.
