Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Edo Japan. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to high standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that food and service meet customer expectations
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
