East Side Mario's Newmarket is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
