**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Calgary, Canada. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for leading and managing dealers' relationships to market company products and services, and assisting in the development of dealer sales capability.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
**Requirements**
- Working knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
- Working knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters.
- Working knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
