About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Bridging Global and Domestic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Anglican parishes, Dioceses, volunteer networks, and other parties to promote learning and collaboration.
  • Promoting Learning: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Supporter Relations team and our partners.
  • Building Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and cooperation among the Supporter Relations team, our partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Driving Results: Develop and implement strategies to drive results that align with our Strategic and Annual Plans.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
