We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. As a Business Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

- An insurance broker license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
- 2-3 years of commercial and/or personal lines insurance experience will be considered an asset
- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
