Food Service Manager

KATI THAI KITCHEN is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining the reputation of KATI THAI KITCHEN.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
- Communication: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between departments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
