Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Specialist to join our team at Allegion Canada Inc. as an Installation Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and servicing automatic doors, ensuring the highest level of safety and security for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and service automatic doors, including performing preventive maintenance work and recording productive time versus travel time.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used at each job site.
  • Stay up-to-date on all changes and modifications to Stanley equipment and ANSI 156.10 standards.
  • Ensure company vehicles, tools, and property are maintained in good condition.
  • Present a neat and clean appearance personally and in workmanship, adhering to company policies.
  • Assist and instruct others in installation and service methods.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid state driver's license without restrictions.
  • Ability to lift 75-100 pounds.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in various climates and flexible work schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry or electrical field.
  • Prior experience servicing automated doors, glazing, installing glass, and installing door frames.
