Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

White Ocean Drywall Co. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of drywall in our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction sites, supervising teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Supervise construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on project progress, materials, and labor costs.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction site management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CADD and other computer software systems.
