About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our growing Canadian Salesforce practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations transform how they engage with their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative solutions powered by the Salesforce platform.
  • Work as part of a team to resolve technical and operations issues.
  • Participate in the analysis of business requirements and planning of Salesforce capabilities into solutions.
  • Manage time and priorities while delivering efficient results.
  • Follow Salesforce implementation best practices by establishing standard and custom platforms with Lightning Components, Apex Development, testing and documentation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Use project management methods such as Agile and promote continuous improvement of development and testing throughout the software development cycle of a project.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of development experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience delivering complex solutions at an enterprise level scale in regulated industries.
  • A proven track record of implementing Salesforce or other SaaS platforms, and experience with agile delivery methodology.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, information systems, or business.
  • Experience with Java and related technologies, preferably Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning Components frameworks.
  • Understanding of project management and technical analysis methodologies.
  • An enthusiasm for continuous learning, especially around new technologies, business processes and technical concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
