Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assisted Living Coordinator to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and leading the overall operation of the assisted living neighborhood, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and services. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and develop the overall operation of the assisted living neighborhood
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-quality team
- Provide recognition and create an engaged culture for team members, residents, and families
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as Sunrise Senior Living standards
Requirements
- Minimum one year supervisory/management experience in assisted living or long term care
- BA/BS degree may be required based on state requirements
- Demonstrated good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
