Position Summary:

The individual in this role will have the opportunity to manage the operations from the corporate office across all franchise locations. By driving sales and collaborating closely with regional operations managers and the marketing department, they can effectively contribute to the overall success of the brand. This position will also involve working in partnership with the operations team, including franchisees to optimize efficiency and support growth initiatives.

Required Skills

  1. Education in Food Service and Management
  2. 10+ years of Franchisee operations management corporate experience in QSR.
  3. Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Available to travel (if required)
  5. Develop operational procedures.
  6. Develop KPIs in managing the Regional Managers.
  7. Understanding and functionality to drive the sales for the restaurants.
  8. Hands-on experience to manage the QSR restaurants.
  9. Ensuring Quality Control Standards, including Food and Safety Standards of restaurants.
  10. Analyze data (SOS, Guest Feedback, and profitability) to identify operational opportunities and apply problem-solving methodology to create training solutions for franchisees across Canada.
  11. Develop and manage relationships with restaurant teams and Franchisees.
  12. Work with other departments like marketing and supply chain to manage the restaurants efficiently.
  13. Monthly meetings with operating restaurants as a part of Franchisee and Relationship Management program.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  1. Human Relations - ability to work in teams, interact with others across departments/roles, develop relationships, etc.
  2. Good understanding of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  3. Self Management - self-directed with the ability to deal with distraction, repetition, prioritization, fluctuations in workload, ambiguity, etc.
  4. Mathematical - knowledge of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiply, divide and percentages).
  5. Communication - excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills.
  6. Time Management - the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute efficient work processes.
  7. Operations Management - knowledge of principles and understanding of QSR industry.
  8. Knowledge of food raw materials, manufacturers, producers etc.
  9. Problem Solver - ability to problem solve and develop solutions to a variety of complex problems by comparing, classifying, innovating, analyzing, coordinating, copying, etc. May refer to established precedents and policies.

Pay: $75,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
