Job Title: Tire Inspection Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tire Inspection Supervisor to join our team at Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd. O/A New Millenium Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, and coordinate work activities with other work units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Set up machines and equipment
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical demands of the job include repetitive tasks and physically demanding work
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a production environment with a team of 3-4 people. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The work hours are 35 hours per week.
