About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst, Business Finance will play a critical role in supporting Product, Operations, Sales and Marketing leaders by providing data-driven insights and forecasts to inform business decisions. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers, individual channel performance, and develop go-forward business strategies aligned with overall finance and company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast supply and fulfillment performance
  • Partner with product teams to understand product changes and their impact on fulfillment and pro onboarding funnel performance
  • Work closely with the Corporate FP&A team to summarize and translate individual business initiatives into revenue drivers
  • Attend weekly business reviews to monitor overall supply and fulfillment driver performance and generate cohesive business performance summaries for senior leadership
  • Provide variance analysis from plan and quantify drivers of the variance
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 8+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Finance or Go-to Market experience, with at least 4 years of forecasting experience
  • Experience presenting to senior leaders and working with cross-functional teams to build aligned views of the business
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, using G-Suite, SQL and MS Office Suite
  • Able to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendations for business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience working for a tech company, company that operates within a marketplace or public company experience a plus
  • Previous experience in supporting/partnering with marketing, sales, and business analytics teams
  • Experience working with sales organizations
