Holt Renfrew is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Finance to join our team. As a critical liaison between Finance Business Partners and IT stakeholders, you will drive the execution of projects, enhancements, and production support for our ERP system, leveraging SAP Functional Consultant expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of retail business operations. You will document, develop, and support the implementation of solutions and processes to satisfy specific business needs, managing all aspects of assigned projects and support requests through the various stages of the SDLC process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Evaluating existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Assisting with business case development and performing cost-benefit analyses to support proposed solutions.
  • Designing and documenting business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
  • Facilitating meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing training and support to end-users.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of all SAP ERP finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Vendor Payment. A Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field or Business Administration is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of progressive business analysis experience working in retail technologies.
