Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce across our cutting-edge operations network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and mentor direct report Amazon Associates to achieve targeted goals and maintain high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
  • Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment, making decisions that drive business results.
  • Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be willing to work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs.
  • Oversee truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment (at applicable facilities), and step in as needed.
  • Work in an environment where the noise level varies, and be able to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Climb and descend stairs (when applicable).
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree with all requirements completed between May 2023 and August 2025.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or another related field.
