About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Hanoi 36 Restaurant INC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet quality standards
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
