About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at JADE BUFFET OF CHINA RESTAURANT LTD. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs to maintain profitability
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain kitchen operations
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery
