Senior Business Solutions Analyst


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Bronson Technical Search. As a Senior Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs, designing data and technology solutions, and leading project execution.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis of complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Work with IT and other departments to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Lead or participate in project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.
  • Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of successfully delivering business solutions and leading projects.
  • Expertise in business process modeling and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methods (e.g., SWOT analysis, BPMN).
  • Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerBi, SQL, or Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), or Six Sigma.
  • Understanding and experience of Data, Data Strategy and/or Data Governance.
  • Experience of workforce planning (scheduling, asset management or work request/order systems e.g. ServiceNow).
