Strategic Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Leader to join our team at HeadSource International.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operations within our facilities and overseeing the departments reporting to this role.
This strategic leader will develop and implement efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
The position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, develop, and appraise job results. You will also ensure strong relationships with customers and regulatory agencies.
The ideal candidate will have relevant degree or minimum of 12 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A Licensed M2 AME is a must, and experience leading 'Heavy Maintenance' on Commercial Aircraft is highly desirable.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
