Technical Lead/System Architect, End User Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead Analyst to play a pivotal role in transforming our end-user device management strategy.

This individual will possess in-depth expertise in Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, SCCM, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive architecture for modern device management, focusing on Microsoft Autopilot and a seamless co-management model between SCCM and Intune.
  • Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Autopilot, ensuring successful deployment and onboarding.
  • Craft and maintain clear documentation detailing architecture, implementation plans, and migration procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project alignment and success.
Requirements:
  • University degree, or college diploma, in the field of computer science or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 7+ years' experience in a technical lead or systems architect role with a demonstrated focus on end-user technologies.
  • Hands-on technical working experience with endpoint management solutions.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Autopilot, Intune and SCCM.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, macOS, Active Directory, Azure/Entra environment and Group Policy management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of scripting languages (Powershell, Google Apps script).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to draft complex reports and presentations.
  • Understanding of project management principles.
  • Highly self-motivated, directed and ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently and take the initiative.
