Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at Trotter & Morton Group of Companies. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mechanical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise project teams, including superintendents and foremen, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a mechanical division.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and Procore.
