About the Role:

The Regional Sales Growth Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market development for GIW Industries Inc. in North America.

Job Description:

  • Develop regional sales strategies to grow company sales, profits, and market share.
  • Furnish sales market forecasts and other reports as required.
  • Ensure proper coverage of existing markets and those offering growth potential within the region.
  • Manage all aspects of sales in the region, including user, contractor, and A/E levels.
  • Assist in training/developing Customer Service reps/Distributors and independent reps.
  • Expand partnership relations with customers by developing blanket orders and stocking programs.
  • Ensure proper follow-up of active quotations to obtain quotation status and pursue the close of the sale.
  • Makes scheduled sales and service calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Provides technical service, as necessary.
  • Identify potential areas of business and appoint dealers in the region to grow opportunities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Minimum of five years of capital goods sales experience, preferably in the slurry pumping industry.
  • Knowledge of mining/utility markets and background in slurry pumps/fluids handling.
  • Able to sell through representatives/distributors.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
