Job Title: Retail Salesperson

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at Reet Riwaz Fabrics. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandising: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensure accurate inventory levels, and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, build strong relationships with customers, and provide personalized product recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure timely restocking of merchandise.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong product knowledge.
