Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tajpur Investments Ltd. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales: Process transactions, handle cash, cheques, credit cards, and automatic debit payments.
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, maintain sales records for inventory control, and prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
  • Training: Will train on the job to ensure a smooth transition and to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
