Job Title: Restaurant Host/Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Moltaqa Moroccan Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect dining rooms and other food and beverage serving areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Attend to seating arrangements for large groups and ensure that all guests are seated promptly.
  • Perform opening and closing activities, including receiving customers' reservations and assigning tables.
  • Receive payments from customers and handle cash and credit transactions.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Walking.
