About the Role:

ONTARIO INC. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
