About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Commercial Operations Centre in Edmonton. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Commercial Operations Centre and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business strategies
  • Analyze business data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive process improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and operational teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our operations are aligned with market expectations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or operations management
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior operations role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex business data and metrics to inform decision-making
