**The Role**
We are seeking an Executive Director, Partnerships to lead our partnership growth efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, leveraging our extensive channels, member database, and partner network to achieve our objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Partner Performance Management**: Ensure that our partners are meeting their performance targets by developing tailored growth strategies and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- **Nurture Strong Relationships**: Maintain strong relationships with our partners, serving as the senior point of contact and engaging regularly to discuss results, propose solutions, and identify opportunities to drive KPIs.
- **Owner Happiness and Partner Retention**: Monitor satisfaction levels through regular feedback sessions and develop strategies to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- **Advocate for Our Partners**: Champion our partners' interests within the organization, representing their needs in decision-making processes and sharing knowledge about their business and industry to inform growth plans.
- **Financial Oversight**: Lead a collaborative effort with our partners to plan and forecast annual points and redemptions, ensuring the development of Scene+ annual account plans that quantify Scene+'s contributions.
- **Coach and Lead a High-Performing Team**: Lead and mentor a team of Account Leads responsible for managing owner and partner relationships and oversee the design and delivery of individual annual account plans.
**Requirements**
- **Experience**: Proven experience in taking a consulting approach to establishing and growing relationships across multiple levels, managing expectations and influencing decisions.
- **Leadership**: Proven leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams towards excellence.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Outstanding professional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate conflict, mediate, and facilitate discussions at any level.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in creating presentations that effectively communicate complex concepts and strategies.
