Job SummaryWe're seeking an Executive Director, Partnerships to lead our team of Account Leads in strengthening relationships with our existing owners and partners. As a key leader within Scene+, you'll drive strategic initiatives that shape the future of our partnerships, leveraging your strategic acumen to influence critical outcomes and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partner Performance Management: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the annual account plan and conduct quarterly business reviews, developing tailored growth strategies for each client.
- Nurture Strong Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with owners and partners, serving as the senior point of contact and engaging regularly to discuss results, propose solutions, and identify opportunities to drive KPIs.
- Owner Happiness and Partner Retention: Monitor satisfaction levels through quarterly feedback sessions and develop strategies to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Advocate for Owners and Partners: Champion their interests in decision-making processes and share knowledge about their business and industry to inform growth plans.
- Financial Oversight: Lead a collaborative effort with owners to plan and forecast annual points and redemptions, ensuring the development of Scene+ annual account plans that quantify Scene+'s contributions.
- Coach and Lead a High-Performing Team: Lead and mentor a team of Account Leads responsible for managing owner and partner relationships and oversee the design and delivery of individual annual account plans.
