Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Tasty Sweets and Restaurant Ltd.

About the Role:

  • This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Operations
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Create new recipes and menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Instruct cooks and other kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation methods.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
Staff Management
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Manage kitchen operations to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced kitchen environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive chef or head chef in a similar environment.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.
