About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at ELH Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
