  • Recruit and hire staff, adhering to company hiring practices and policies.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
